Purpose:
To meet both the spiritual and practical needs of the men. The preaching and teaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ fills the spiritual need.

The services provided such as personal counseling, along with other assistance, fills the practical needs.

Goals:
There is a clear mark Operation Clean Start Fraternity aims for. To see men make the right choice in life. For men to construct a quality life through Jesus Christ which builds integrity and enables these men to be a success in the community and build leadership qualities.
